The 5 Certificates Every UK Landlord Must Track

1. Annual Gas Safety Certificate for properties with gas.
2. Electrical Installation Condition Report, generally every five years.
3. Energy Performance Certificate, normally valid for ten years.
4. Smoke alarm checks at the start of each tenancy.
5. Carbon monoxide alarm checks where required.
